Greek Mythology and Irish Mythology in "Charmed"
The Titans
The Titans appeared in two episodes of Charmed: Oh My Goddess! Part One and Oh My Goddess! Part Two in Season 5. The Titans mentioned in these episodes are Cronus, Demitrius and Meta. However, only Cronus is a Titan in Greek Mythology. In fact, Demitrius and Meta are not even in Greek Mythology at all. The only Gods or Titans with similar names are Demeter (a Goddess) and Metis (a Titan). In “Charmed”, the Elders saw the Titans as a risk to humanity but they were too powerful to vanquish. The Elders decided to combat them by giving mortals power. These mortals were able to use their new powers to trap the Titans. Unfortunately they were released by a demon who wanted to use them to destroy the Elders. The Titans didn’t like being controlled, and quickly turned on the demon. The Titans eventually tracked down the Charmed Ones, but they had met their match. Piper was able to use her powers to open a hole in the earth that swallowed the Titans and ultimately destroyed them.

The Muses
The Muses are the many daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, and are known as the Greek goddesses of inspiration. In particular they are personified as inspiration for the arts, including music, science, geography, math, fine art and drama. In the television show, they often inspire the Charmed Ones when they need to come up with new spells and potions. In one episode, a demon tries to collect the abilities of the Muses and use them for himself in an effort to become more powerful.

Leprechauns
Leprechauns are mythical Irish creatures, often described as fairies in the form of tiny men with hats and aprons. They are known for trickery and hoarding of gold. In the television show, they appear several times. They are known to live in their own realm called the Green Meadow and are able to teleport through rainbows. In one episode, demons are attempting to steal the leprechauns luck for their own benefit. The Charmed Ones use their powers to change the demons luck from good to bad.

Fairies
Fairies are also Irish mythical creatures. In the television show, they are described as living in a realm parallel to our mortal one, called the Enchanted Kingdom. The fairies are part of a royal hierarchy and are known to be kind to children, but mischievous to adults. Typically only children can see fairies in the first place, so in the show, fairy dust is used to make them visible to the Charmed Ones. In one particular episode, the Charmed Ones have to save a fairy princess from the clutches of evil trolls who want to take over the kingdom for themselves.
